About Ocean Leaf Jewellery

Ocean Leaf Jewellery is inspired by the rhythm of the tides, sun-drenched shores and the freedom of being beside the sea.

I handcraft each piece with a love of texture, colour and natural beauty. My designs bring together hammered silver, sterling silver and carefully chosen gemstones, drawing inspiration from the coast and the natural world.

From textured silver designs to sterling silver and gemstone bracelets and necklaces, I make jewellery to feel relaxed, easy to wear and full of meaning. Some pieces let the silver speak for itself; others pair it with the colour and character of gemstones. Whether you’re choosing a gift or finding something that feels like you, I hope each piece brings a little coastal beauty into everyday life.

How it all began

It all started with a bracelet-making kit I bought for my daughter. I found myself enjoying it just as much, and what began with a few beaded bracelets soon grew into a curiosity about what else I could make.

At the time, I was working as a dog walker, spending much of my day outdoors and often beside the sea. The colours and textures around me began finding their way into my designs: ocean blues, natural stones and the quiet beauty of the coast.

There was plenty of experimenting along the way. I tried different techniques, worked with new materials and gradually found my own style. Ocean Leaf Jewellery grew out of that process, bringing together the pleasure of making something by hand and my love of the sea and nature.

My work has continued to evolve, with more hammered silver and gemstone designs becoming part of the collection. That curiosity is still at the heart of what I do, exploring different textures and combinations while keeping the natural, coastal feel that inspired me in the first place.
