Refunds and Returns
We want you to love your Ocean Leaf Jewellery, but if for any reason you’re not completely happy, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unworn and undamaged, unless you are returning because it arrived faulty or damaged.
- Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm and authorise your return.
How to Return
- Get in touch with us here to let us know you’d like to make a return.
- Once we’ve confirmed, please post your item back to us in its original packaging (or something similar that keeps it safe).

Refund Process
- As soon as we receive your return, we’ll check it over and let you know it has arrived safely.
- Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different piece instead, the easiest way is to return your original item for a refund, and then place a new order for the one you’d prefer.
